Peer-review policy

IJEEAR uses a double-blind peer-review model. Manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial team and, if suitable, sent to independent subject experts. Reviewers and authors should not be able to identify one another through the review process.

Editorial decisions are based on originality, methodological soundness, relevance, clarity, ethical compliance, and contribution to engineering knowledge. Payment of an article processing charge does not influence editorial decisions.

IJBMAR follows a double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts are evaluated for relevance, originality, conceptual or empirical contribution, methodological quality, and ethical compliance.

Authors must disclose funding, conflicts of interest, relevant contributions, and any required research ethics approvals. Editorial decisions remain independent of APC payments and commercial considerations.

IJPAIS follows a double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts are evaluated for scientific validity, originality, research design, reproducibility, appropriate interpretation, and ethical compliance.

Authors must provide sufficient methodological detail and relevant data-availability statements. Research involving human participants, animals, biological materials, or other regulated activities must meet applicable ethical and legal requirements.

The journal will apply double-blind peer review, independent editorial assessment, and discipline-appropriate research reporting requirements.

Research involving human participants must include the applicable ethics approval and informed-consent information. Patient information must be protected. Clinical trials must include appropriate registration information in accordance with the journal's adopted policy and applicable standards.

The journal must also establish clear procedures for reporting suspected research misconduct, corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions.

All research manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment. Suitable submissions are assigned to independent reviewers with relevant subject expertise.

The journals use double-blind peer review, in which identifying information is withheld from reviewers and authors to the extent reasonably practicable.

Reviewers assess the originality, methodological soundness, clarity, relevance, ethical compliance, and contribution of the work. Editors consider the reviews alongside their own assessment and retain responsibility for the final decision.

Possible decisions include:

  • Accept
  • Minor revision
  • Major revision
  • Reject

The journals may reject manuscripts before external review when they fall outside the scope, lack sufficient scholarly merit, contain serious methodological deficiencies, or raise unresolved ethical concerns.

Reviewer recommendations are advisory; the editor makes the final decision.

Editorial decision-making

Editorial decisions are independent of publication fees. Payment does not guarantee acceptance, favourable peer review, or publication.

Where an editor has a conflict of interest involving a manuscript, an independent editor should handle the submission.

Appeals and complaints

Authors may appeal an editorial decision by submitting a reasoned explanation with relevant evidence. Appeals are reviewed by an editor who was not responsible for the original decision, where practicable.

Complaints about editorial conduct, publication ethics, or journal procedures should be sent to contact@studygroupinternational.com with the manuscript ID and supporting information.
